Where are classes held?
In Manhattan, NYC. The exact location is emailed to you after booking.
What if a class doesn’t fill?
Classes run once 3 seats are filled. If a class has fewer than 3 students 14 days before the date, you can transfer to the next date or receive a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 21 or more days before class: full refund. Cancel 4–20 days before: transfer to another date, no refund. Cancel within 72 hours of class or no-show: no refund or transfer. If we cancel or move a class, you choose a full refund or a transfer.
How does the deposit work?
For the Certification, you can pay $1,500 in full, or pay a $500 deposit at checkout and the remaining $1,000 is charged automatically to the same card one week later.
Is this a state license?
No. Kirei House certificates are private certifications of technique. They are not a New York State license and do not replace state licensing requirements. The Certification is for technicians who already hold a state nail license; the Workshop is for personal use only.
